Very good all-round with excellent flavour, I soon ran out of this, would recommend this to anyone who requires an organic candied peel, which appears to be quite unavailable anywhere other than via Amazon

Good taste but not too aromatic
When I first opened the bag I was surprised it didn't really smell but it did taste very nice. Overall is fine.
