White empties sooner than other colors as my university painting warned so large amounts are great!
I use this in my 5th university painting class. The professor warns us that white runs out more than any other color so it's good to have in larger amounts than, say, 2 oz. tubes. Also it can't crimp up like lead tubes which I've gotten in some orders which makes you lose paint. Art supplies are pricey, so any bonus is good. The only issue I have is that the inside of the neck & tub jar are curved so paint gets stuck in there. A helpful hint: before you seal the jar after use, give it a couple of spritzes from a fine mist spray bottle.

Poor packaging
Item well received, but packaging could have been a little better :/ maybe a box next time when shipping paints. I’m not sure if the seal was broken prior to shipping or if the seal came undone in the heat and shipping process but it wasn’t pleasant to open a jar of paint that’s seeping out the sides. Luckily not much paint was wasted and I was able to salvage what I could. All in all I’m content with my order and glad I finally got a hold of some! Thanks

a true white that's easy to use
It's hard to get a white that isn't "see through", and this one does the trick! When I want white I WANT IT TO BE WHITE!!! Many less bodied whites get streaky over another color and it also keeps a tone when I want a tone, something else less full bodied acrylics lack. It's not that it's thicker in measure, it's thicker in reflective and pigment. Hard to describe, I just used it over another color and it hid the other color. Other acrylic whites have show through and require multiple applications!

Packing
I love Golden acrylic paints. This time the paint in a jar came severely damaged. There was no bubbles or no other protective materials used to assure a safe delivery. The jar was in a plastic bag in a box. The lid was damaged and the paint was leaking.

Golden paint is one of the very best!
I just started painting again after decades of raising my family & doing life. I was exploring Utube and found the art sherpa ( teaches art classes) she use's Golden Paints as one of her preferred brands... So I have been purchasing Golden paints, products and have been so pleased & keep adding to my collection of colors & gels, glazes, airbrush, absorbent ground, varnishes, etc Everything so far has been excellent. This Jar came on time and package with a few items in perfect condition...will order again.
