I was skeptical at first because the battery was much less expensive then what I have paid before. It plugged right in and fit perfectly in my Elitebook 8570p and has been working great every since..

Had an issue with battery . . . vendor fixed the problem and solved my issue in a surprising very short time. Will definitely do business with again ! ! !

Batteries don't seem to last as long as they used to. :-( But it recharges fairly quickly. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.

I bought this in March 2023 and for a month, it worked well. Before leaving on a month-long trip, knowing that I wouldn't be using the laptop - and following the recommendations of the manufacturer - I made sure the battery was charged to 70% before shutting down the laptop. When I returned in a month, the battery wouldn't hold a charge. I contacted the seller informing them of the problem and they promptly sent me a replacement. When I received it, I made sure that I followed the instructions to the letter by first discharging the battery to 2%, then charging it to 100%. After doing so, the battery drains at a pretty rapid pace using MS Window's "balanced" battery power configuration. Things just didn't work out for me. I'll spend more money to buy the OEM battery.

Perfect replacement for a HP laptop battery which would no longer charge. A great price, I was expecting to pay double of the Amazon listed price. The ratings choices of three items, "sheerness" still makes me me confused. Perhaps that's why it's the third of the items to rank. I will not be shearing sheep, looking through a thinly piece of soft cloth nor applying it to a seaport in south-east England in using this replacement battery. Hence, the only 3 of 5 stars of an otherwise excellent replacement battery.

Battery life doesnt last as long as I would have anticipated. Better than my original battery, though.

Battery was a perfect fit and things went well for 2 months - then it failed. Sometimes things like that happen and that's when you find out who you're dealing with and the sort of company they are.Without having to get Amazon involved or making a hassle, the company immediately replaced the defect shipping it rapidly via Prime so I was barely impacted. They included a simple note explaining and apologizing for the inconvenience. Perfect resolution.Thanks to the their customer service for timely problem solving. I more than overlook the defect because of the way they stood behind their product.
