ThunderX3 tgc15 – Chairs Professional Gaming (Tilt, Height and Adjustable Armrests, Ergonomic, Padded and comfortable, Wheels) 33x55x83 cm white

I have two little issues with this product:The first being:Being a bit of an expensive gaming chair I read the instruction manual to put it together I don't normally, worse idea ever.Be aware that you get 4 long screws and 4 shorter screws and the smaller screws look thicker so I assumed they were, but they are the exact same thickness.Now there is no mention in the instructions which type of screws go where and where the shorter ones fitted in the back fine, so once the back was all fitted along with the plastic covers, I then went onto fixing the butterfly mechanism to the chair, but looking at the 4 screws left I realised that they would be too long and if fitted you would feel them if you sat down.So I had to then go trough the process of taking it all apart again to swap the screws over.So just a heads up the 4 longer screws along with the locking and flat washers hold the back on and the 4 shorter screws holds on the butterfly mechanism.The second being:This chair feels like its not level and is slightly tilted to the left, I have had a range of chairs over the years and this would be the second with this issue, its not a bad issue and I assume it will resolve it self over time.Now for the good pthings with this product:Apart from the issues with the screws it went together rather easy, also most of it already comes assembled, also to make it easier putting the back on jiggle the screw in the screw holes on the back to loosen up the material around the hole, that way it will be easier to put the screws in, also when fitting the back lay the back and seat on their sides and put the top screw in first and then the bottom, that way it won't slide up and down when fitting the second screw.I can say this chair is very comfy and I have bad lungs which causes pain in my back.So with all the above, this was why I gave 4 stars.*** update ***Just noticed 2 months after purchase the rubber on the right arm has split on the inner side, so I had to super glue it back, and for this price I am very annoyed, so I now change my rating from 4 stars to 2 stars due to the build quality.So not happy at all.*** Update 21st Jan 2019 ***Just got off the phone with amazon not very pleased at all with the outcome, we previously agreed (a couple of weeks ago) to have a replacement chair sent out so that I could swap over the faulty parts and then for them to collect that chair, sadly this morning they cancelled the replacement due to its no longer available in that colour scheme, but is available in other colours.Common sense would be to send out the same chair no matter of the colour scheme due to I only need to replace the faulty part, which is the black rubber arm rest.BUT NO, I HAVE TO SENT THE WHOLE BLOODY CHAIR BACK TO THEM AND THEN TO HAVE TO WAIT 3 BLOODY WEEKS FOR A REFUND.So I would be without a chair for 3 weeks due to the refund will take 3 weeks (so I was told on the phone), THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH AMAZON.I have spent loads money buying products from you for years and only a couple of items I have had an issue with and you treat this issue like this.I have attached an image that I took 2 weeks after the chair arrived, its now worse.So if you are wanting to buy a chair like this look else where due to if it becomes faulty within a week or two there is a very good chance you will be stuck with it or have to wait 3 weeks for a refund and be without a chair.I really feel let down by you amazon.
