Good quality and the instructions for use were clear
Great chimnea. Looks good and is well made.

Broke after 3 uses
We were really excited and happy when this arrived and it looked great in the garden. We lined it with sand as it recommended and got the fire going. It looked great and was easy to use. After the 2nd time we used it the paint started to fade and the cactus was starting to wear-off. We used it a 3rd time and noticed the next day that it had started to crack down the sides when it cooled down. It would be extremely dangerous to use this again and risk it complete cracking and fire logs rolling out on the grass. We are really disappointing with this purchase and would appreciate a refund

Paint problem
Very disappointed that after only three uses the paint is badly flaking off as it was the colour and look that drew us to it.
