This bag is lovely at first I saw this bag on Amazon and I was in between two minds if to buy it or not and I glad that I did because I love it nice bag for work I would recommend to my friends or anyone who looking for a nice bag.

I bought a bag like this on another site and I loved it so much I was thrilled to find a nice dark grey one from here but now I regret it. When I received this one it was folded up in a box that was much smaller than it should be. They had a nice letter explaining that to make the shipping more affordable they needed to smush it in this box and that there was a way to straighten it out again. While it did straighten out (for the most part) I noticed that on the handle it was beginning to separate. I don't know if that's due to being in the box or just the quality but I am super disappointed. It isn't something that can be easily fixed so I feel like the quality isn't up to the 20$ mark when the handle can break apart so easily.

My wife bought this bag for its look and to utilize the shoulder strap. Great sized bag but she was hoping it was bigger. The material feels rubbery and the original crease from shipping does not go away so the bag cannot stand on its own when empty.

This bag was very well made, and looks much more expensive than it's price. I love it!

Don't let the low price fool you. This tote is very nice!

I originally bought this for my niece as a book bag. She likes the style and look of it but felt it was too small for everyday book carrying. She has kept it for an overnight bag or a day when she's not carrying so many book.

Bad odor! Tried air it out for a couple of days but no luck getting rid of the smell.

The strap broke within two months. Waiting on instructions for refund or return
