Dean, thank you for helping me find the chain I wanted to buy because when I received your chain I did not like it at all. My mothers pendant gets lost in the heaviness of the chains links. Thank you for helping me find a dainty but strong chain to replace it with. I was pleasantly surprised that when I asked for an address to mail back the original chain you told me to go ahead and keep it. I am disabled and a trip to the post office is a huge chore so not having to return it was a big weight off of me. I want you to know that I am extremely impressed with this little company you have built. When you personally answered my call (I expected voicemail) and took the time on a Sunday to help me maneuver your website I was thrilled. My husband retired from a life long experience at Disneyland's Credit Union as the CFO/ VP so our whole family only knows one thing- CUSTOMER SERVICE! We've traveled staying and eating in the most service oriented of companies because that is what Disney set us up in. You, Dean, are right up there with the best of them. Me and electronic devices just don't get along. All of this to say if you hadn't taken my call I probably would have returned the chain and made a mental note not to shop your silver site again. Instead you decided to make an investment of time, pick up my call and gain a loyal customer for life who in return has told everyone she knew of the experience she had urging them to shop with you for their silver needs. I will give you a raving review on Amazon because you truly did go above and beyond what was expected. To top it off you offered to send me some more of those wonderful earring backs that I have holding my sapphire earrings on right now makes you just amazing!! You have really "Wowed" me and that isn't easy to do! Thank you for helping me find a different chain, explain to me the facts of tarnishing, explain how to care for sterling silver and best yet not make things harder on me by making me go to the post office to mail the original chain back to you. This necklace is perfect..... Except !!!!I bought this necklace in hopes of being able to wear the beautiful pendent my husband had bought for me.It had originally come with a white gold chain... I've broken and replaced it 3 times because it is so thin and fragile.I chose to order sterling hoping it would be stronger. I ordered a little thicker necklace also... There's where I went wrong.The end was to big to fit into my pendant...so I tired forcing it .... And smashed it beyond repair !!When Dean reached out to me to insure I had received my order I told him it was beautiful and that I had broken it !!!Long story short, he replaced it!!It was my fault, and he replaced it !!Now that my friends is the type of customer service you will not find anywhere else !!

I wanted to LOVE this necklace. It was beautiful! In fact, I was going to order it in an 18" length this week because I wanted something longer, also. However, after wearing the 16" one I bought less than three weeks ago, the clasp broke yesterday. No big deal however, considering I wear some of my father's ashes in a pendant on this chain, it became a really big deal. I was grateful I found the pendant inside my shirt. I bought from this seller based SOLELY on their excellent reviews, so I'm going to write this off as a fluke accident. If it hadn't broke after two weeks of wear, I would have given a solid 5 star review.UPDATE 6/6/17...The seller has been in contact with me and has completely resolved this issue. This company is very attentive to it's customers. They deserve every 5 star rating they have received.

I purchased this chain to go with a pendant of mine after the original chain broke. Having never really purchased much jewelry on Amazon, I wasn't sure what to expect, however, I will admit to being pleasantly surprised by this item. It arrived quickly, came in a nice box suitable for gift giving, and the chain itself far exceeded my expectations. It is absolutely beautiful, very nice quality, and goes perfectly with my pendant. It feels quite sturdy, and even came with instructions for how to care for it. I would definitely recommend this item, and will certainly be purchasing from this business again.

I purchased this to make a necklace for my stepdaughter. As my review title states, it is so much more beautiful than the picture.Unfortunately, our house flooded because of Harvey. Fortunately, this chain survived, but it was filthy. If you haven't seen what flood water leaves behind, it is filthy, smelly guck. You can't afford to throw everything away, so the cleaning begins. I cleaned this chain & still had some some dirty spots on it. I contacted the company and explained the situation.To my complete shock, they offered to replace it free of charge!!!They also sent me a pdf attachment on how to properly clean and take of sterling silver.First, they have a cleaning method that I had never heard of:Line a cereal bowl with foil, shiny side up.Add 1/2 tsp salt.Add 1 tbsp baking soda.Carefully add boiling water.Agitate it a little bit and let sit for five minutes.Rinse in tap water.OMGoodness, my chain came out looking brand new! I don't need to take Kristen up on a free replacement, but I sure appreciate the offer. The other thing I learned from the information they sent me is to store your sterling silver in a baggy with a piece of aluminum foil, remove as much air as possible, and this will help keep it from tarnishing. Who knew? I sure didn't.This chain is so beautiful that I am going to purchase another one to make myself a necklace.
