Product: This is some of the best Sriracha out there. This is very good and I believe their Blue Agave Sriracha is even better with a slightly sweeter flavor.Seller: In this case the seller was Amazon I believe. The item arrived damaged. The bottom of the bottle had cracked and leaked sriracha inside the box. I was able to salvage maybe half of the bottle but difficult to work with and store and definitely not what I was looking for when I made the purchase. Contacted Amazon customer service through chat. Was a call center in India but with the exception of a few grammatical errors the problem was solved and I was refunded so I could purchase a full bottle. No complaints.

Items arrived on time, well enough packed, and no leaks. The sriracha is excellent. Medical needs for heat and taste met!

I love the flavor, spice level, and the fact that none of the ingredients are fillers. It is sweetened with raisins and dates -- The Lord's candies - no sugar added. It is delicious and I use it everyday. I restock about every quarter if I buy the 19.6 oz. I only wish they made a bigger bottle for sauce queens like me!

This is the best tasting sriracha hot sauce. Best part all clean ingredients.

In the great Huy Fong Sriracha shortage of 2023, I've tried a couple other so-called Sriracha sauces, and tossed them in the trash bin. I ordered this Yellowbird sauce on a whim, mostly because I liked the short ingredient list, and that it is organic. For reference, I am a wimp when it comes to heat, and Huy Fong Sriracha is about as hot as I can comfortably enjoy. For me the Yellowbird could have been a touch hotter. It is also quite sweet, which may be muting the heat a little. I think it will be fine used as an ingredient in recipes, or for making Sriracha mayo, or for my fav peanut butter and dill pickle toast. But because of the sweetness, I have a hard time imaging squirting it on pizza and such. So at this point, I consider this an alternative, but not necessarily a substitute for Huy Fong Sriracha.

Make sure you order the ORGANIC! This is a great product I like it very much, however it is expensive, so I don't purchase it as often as I would like.

I tried Habanero first. Its Fresh and authentic taste is perfect. It's what I expect in a hot sauce! Since I finished this bottle, I have tried the Serrano, Jalapeño, Agave Blue Sriracha. All of them are equally Awesome! They all taste like they should! Perfect! Perfect Balance! There are none better-Even the imported sauces from Mexico! They come in the perfect bottle , you can put it on by the drop or squirt it on ! I can’t say enough! I love them all! I buy nothing else!

Not too spicy. No weird ingredients. Tastes great on anything.
