Calf relief
I am using this for calf relief. It has helped reduce Charley horses. Perfect size.

Great product!
It was exactly what I was looking for!! Because of its compact size, it works great on stretching the back muscles adjacent to the spine by localizing all the weight within a small area. The design is very sturdy, the only reason I gave four stars is because of the foam thickness. Because of the relatively thin foam, while rolling you can almost feel the PVC core, which makes it a bit uncomfortable especially because of the small size of the roller. I wish the foam would be 0.25 inch thicker. I don't think it will diminish the positive effect, but will be much more comfortable.

Simple yet Incredible
I don't do yoga but I have been suffering with back problems in that problems and out of desperation I ordered a few yoga products specifically to Target that. Immediately cracked my spine from the bottom to the top and helps relax all those muscles. I really like the weight limit because I'm a big guy at 350 lb so a 500 lb roller was perfect

Very hard surface
This helps my back somewhat. It is very hard and not quite as easy to get used to, but I keep using it, and find that when I do, my back pops and I think might help. I don't know yet, too early to tell

Instant relief
Works great felt instant relief just on my first use . Would recommend this product to anyone. great price point for this product. Feels durable and I'm about 240 pounds

Came in falling apart
I needed a back roller for stretching and relief from muscle tension and saw this on sale and wanted to try it but when I received it and took it out it was already coming apart. The glue bond was not good enough. I'll return this and try a different one that won't fall apart so easily.

My chiro recommended I get one of these and it is a game changer!!! I'm obsessed with how good it makes my back feel and I can't believe how many cracks it gives me each time I use it. I have nothing to compare it to, but this one seems very well made and sturdy!
