I play both golf and pickleball. This works so well and having a 2 pack makes it super easy for both sports. The product has gel in the brace so it really does elimate the stress on my elbow. I can once again play 18 holes and about 3 hours of pickleball without pain. I have even seen some pros use this same elbow brace.

This worked well. Bad thing is that I have small arms and after 2-3 times taking it on and off, the opposite side of where you pull the velcro strap to tighten, came undone. Quite a pain, as I have not tried to fix it since last week.

This strap has no torque adjustment. The tension is only from adjusting the strap(s).It's so simple they don't include any English instructions.They do include pictures of people happy together and enjoying the product(s). None of which look anything like me. So the company clearly sees the importance of DE&I in their advertising efforts but less concerned with making sure buyers know how to use the actual item.

I bought this to wear when I play golf. My old one was thick and hot on warm days. This one is much thinner so I do t sweat as much and still provides relief for my tendinitis
