Very good bar. I like to keep them in the car for anyone who gets hungry. I recommend Amazon packages these in a box since they keep arriving with smashed boxes. The bar is a good size and its gluten free .

I have tried nearly every Simple Mills Snack Bar flavor at my local stores. The Dark Chocolate Almond and Spiced Carrot Cake are absolute faves! For 160 to 170 calories these are portable (easy to throw into a handbag or backpack) chewy and filling. They make a great afternoon or evening snack. I am always trying to watch my calories and nutrition. These are a great addition. My friends have tried them and enjoy them immensely. ONE CAVEAT: They have a strong taste and texture of nuts and coconut. Should you dislike either one, these are not for you. For me, that's a definite PLUS! :)

The flavor is mild but satisfying, and it has a nice texture—moist and hearty, not dry or crumbly.What I really like is how clean the ingredients are. It’s low in calories compared to regular banana bread, and I appreciate that it’s made with almond flour and other wholesome ingredients. It also leaves me feeling full, which is great if you’re trying to eat lighter but still want something that feels like a treat.The only ingredient I’m a bit unsure about is the peanut oil, but everything else checks out. Overall, it’s a great healthier alternative

Tasty, soft, not sticky

I have tried two other varieties in the past and enjoyed these bars. I have wanted to try these carrot cake flavored bars but they were very expensive by comparison. So when I saw them advertised at a price comparable to other flavors I ordered a 3-pack. When they arrived, I understood the reason the price was lower. They arrived January 7 and the best buy date is early March. So I have 2 months to eat 15 bars when I had planned to consume them over the next 5-6 months! They taste OK but not sure they will when I finish them! Disappointed.

I recently found that I am gluten intolerant and trying to find substitutes is tough. These are really good brownies. They do not taste like the regular flour brownies but these have a good taste. I like that they aren't too sweet also. They make a great little snack.

Difficult to find these chocolate brownie bars in my area, so have ordered them several times on Amazon. Unfortunately, they are now higher in price. They taste great!
