Abby Cadabby Headband & Wand

Cute Halloween headband but I wish it was bigger for adults!

Bought this set for my 4 year old granddaughter's birthday. She loves it and wore for days. The headband fits well.

I am an adult who planned to dress as Abby Cadabby this halloween with my fiancé as Cookie Monster and my son as Elmo. I should have read these reviews but this was the ONLY Abby cadabby costume I could find. The headband did physically “fit” around my head but that’s the best I can say of it. The pictures show how sad the yarn lays when actually worn. It looks abysmal in comparison to the photo in the ad for this product. The yarn is super short in the bangs and stick up in many directions. The pigtails fall down instead of sitting up and perky. Plus the look awkward and uneven. The wand was okay but nothing special. I’m not even crafty or good at art and I could have done a WAY better job. I will be returning.

The wand is a little wimpy, but the hair part lasted a LONG time with my 2 year old through her 3rd birthday. She LOVED wearing it, and it seemed comfortable enough.

The headband was very durable, wasn’t easy to break or bend. My niece loved it!

This thing was a really poor excuse for Abby pigtails. Even the wand was very poor. The pigtails just flopped and there was hardly any “hair” in them. Not to mention the hideous bangs. They were not even an inch long. And very sparse. The photo advertising this thing is NOT what you actually receive. I had searched EVERYWHERE in stores and online and couldn’t find anything of Abby to do a Halloween costume. I found these and, even though I read all the negative reviews, I decided to order it anyway. The wand was made of ribbon and also flopped. Abby’s wand is more like a puff ball not a stringy piece of flop. I kept it because I was just desperate to have something; however, I was totally embarrassed. I definitely do not recommend anyone wasting their money on this thing. If I had had time, I would have bought some yarn and made one myself. It would have been so much better. This was much worse than anything that could have been bought at the dollar store.

So I read all the reviews before I purchased this BUT I was desperate and needed something quick, fast and in a hurry. For what you get, it's a little on the pricey side. The headband fit me as you can see in the pic but I had to do A LOT of fluffing to make it look "fuller". I did have it more tilted towards the front of my head just to get it to look like I wanted. The wand strands were flat and I had to try and fluff and fluff and twist to try and manipulate it to look a little more rounded. I just think this could be priced less for what you get.

My granddaughter likes to pretend she’s Abby Cadabby. This is fun for dress up play or Halloween.
