This is some of the best stuff out there. Definitely worth a try. Sweet and smokey. It has a hint of cumin and/or Chile powder or something Tex Mex in there. Fantastic on pork butt and pork ribs! Not very salty so you may want to add some salt or a SPG rub as a base layer of seasoning. Try it. You'll love it.

Live this stuff. Been using this seasoning this year for pork shoulders and ribs. It is awesome! I love it, wife loves it, and so do any of our friends who have had it. Just finished off my first bottle, ready to buy another. Definitely worth keeping on hand.

It has a very potent scent that easily irritates your olfactory senses and likely will make you cough immediately once you get a whiff of it. Other than that it's a good rib rub

We normally by meat church but this is just as good. Very tasty. I recommend it for you BBQ

My brother-in-law gave my wife a bottle of Hog Waller as a joke because her maiden name is Waller. It sat in our spice cabinet for almost a year before I tried it for cooking ribs. We fell in love with it, and now we keep it at the front of our spice rack for regular use on eggs, meats, vegetables, etc. it has the perfect blend of salty-spicy-sweetness.

I first purchased this seasoning in a store and loved it so much I ordered more off of Amazon! Adding a little mustard to bind it I always get amazing compliments when I use this pork rub on my ribs!
