Fantastic book highly recommend
My HR manager purchased this book on my behalf after i attended a webinar with Belinda on EX. I was tasked with improving our 'onboarding' process for new hires and this book greatly assisted me and validated the work i had already done in advance of reading it. I am now utilizing all the tools in the book to improve our EX for all employees not just new hires. Definitely a must for all HR practitioners.
