Got this for my Daughter, Ended up Using it Myself, Dry Spray, Easily Application, Love it!
I originally picked this up with my kiddo in mind, but I’ve ended up using it just as much myself, haha! I’m usually not a big fan of sunscreens in general because I often find them greasy or overly fragrant, but this really surprised me. When I first used it, I actually thought it wasn’t dispensing properly because it was so dry and subtle, but it went on evenly and absorbed quickly with almost no scent, no sticky residue, and barely any rubbing needed. Despite how light it feels on the skin, it protected both of us perfectly during a few hours at the beach, even in the water, no sunburns at all, which is a great test. I also really like the locking top, you just twist it to lock, which gives peace of mind when tossing it in a beach bag or backpack. It’s compact, portable, and just plain works well. I’m definitely grabbing another bottle next time. Would recommend, parent and kiddo approved!

Our Family Favorite – Truly Works!
We’ve been using Blue Lizard sunscreen for over 2 years now, and it’s been amazing for our whole family. I originally started using it for my daughters, especially one who has very fair skin, and it’s held up incredibly well—even in the South Georgia sun and on week-long beach trips. Now my husband and I use it too. It goes on well, protects all day, and we’ve never had any issues with burns. We absolutely love and trust this sunscreen—definitely a must-have in our beach bag.

Buyer Beware - different formulation from previous year led to awful skin reaction
This is a new formulation of the sunscreen from last year. Last year's bottle had white packaging and different ingredients. This sunscreen went on very smooth, zero white cast at all...which concerned me considering its a "mineral" sunscreen. I expect to look at least a little pasty, but this stuff rubbed in no problem. It did great at protecting against sunburn, however within 2 days, I broke out in a rash that I get with other types of non-mineral sunscreens. Absolutely horrible experience. My skin reactions to sunscreen typically last around 2 weeks, and this one is no different.Buyer beware, this is not the same formulation and contains chemicals that were not present in previous year's products.

Blue Lizard Sunscreen
My husband loves this sunscreen. He is extremely white and burns easily, but this sunscreen is like a shield to the sun. He does not have to worry about getting burnt with this on his shoulders.

This is a great, if expensive sun screen that isn’t sticky or oily and it doesn’t leave a white cast
I’m a big fan of of spray sunscreens but my favorite- NoAd - left the market years ago. The other brands I’ve tried tend to either be oily feeling with a long lasting residue or they show a white cast to the skin from the mineral sunscreen. This one goes on great and does neither. The spray goes on well, absorbs quickly and doesn’t feel oily or sticky. I also don’t detect any white residue such as you get from mineral sunscreen screams and lotions. If it wasn’t for the fairly high price, this would be perfect.Update 9/20/24 I took off one star for this issue. While I don’t intentionally get sunscreen in my eyes it does happen. With this product I find it irritates my eyes more than most and the problem can occur hours after application. For example, I put the sunscreen on my face almost 12 hours ago. I just put in eye drops and as I was wiping away the overflow I accidentally rubbed some of the residue sunscreen (which I can still feel on my face) into my eyes. It stung and impaired my vision for several minutes. This has happened several times and only occurs on those days when I have applied this sunscreen. My regular face care products from companies such as Aveeno and CereVe don’t cause the same problem.

Good with eczema
Son has eczema problems. Pretty much all sunscreens cause him to break out. This sunscreen works well. Almost no breaking out.

Not the bedroom
I'll give it 3 stars because it works well. The downsides of this product are it leaves a thick white layer and also makes you smell like a wet dog
