BLACK+DECKER Electric Leaf Blower, 7-Amp (LB700)

I'm a senior citizen and I wanted something to blow the leaves off my deck because I haven't been able to get the lawn service to do it. I'm not very strong so I wanted something that wasn't too heavy. This machine is perfect. I was able to get it out of the box and snap the long black tube onto the red machine part on the first try. Frankly, the hardest part was making sure I had the right kind of extension cord. You need a long one, long enough to reach the area you want to do (my deck is large) AND one end must have prongs that go into your electric socket and the other end must have only ONE spot to plug into the prongs on the tool. I found that several of the extension cords I already had were equiped with several places to plug in multiple items sort of like a power strip. That type of cord won't work. There must be only one place on each end. But, I did have the right kind and once I attached it I was off and blowing the leaves away. They were even wet. So great job black and decker.

The price i paid at the time of purchase was right,this item is mainly for use home NOT FOR PROFESSIONAL USE.it is an electric blower with a decent blowing power, you must have a long cord to use itthere are no cords included with the blower.the tip of the blower (the nose) it is ease detachable,If you have a tree with constant leafs falling in your patio this the item to have at home.

I couldn't figure out why it was so cheap! It works well but make sure you have an extension cord on hand to connect it. I spent 10 minutes trying to pull out the part to plug in until I finally realized it does not extend from the machine which is why you need an extension cord on hand.

This blower is a real blowout – it's lightweight, incredibly powerful, but also extremely. While it's perfect for big, open spaces, it's not ideal for delicate gardens. Unfortunately, the noise was a deal-breaker for me. I need a blower that's a little more gentle but I don't mean weak. I don't want to wear ear plugs while working in the yard. It only has one speed, I wish there was a lower speed, too. I've often preferred Black and Decker products but not this one.For your convenience, consider looping the electric cord through the handle to secure it in place. Also, note that this item requires a two-prong cord, so you may need to purchase an adapter to convert your three-prong cord.

I don't know why I spent years using a battery blower! This has more power than my old Black & Decker battery leaf blower. Don't have to wait until batteries recharge. I have extension cords that are long enough around my house and around the barn. There will always be issues with the plug-in becoming loose, but that's expected. I wrapped the cord around the lever. No problem. Totally recommend this blower!

Love it. It is smaller and lighter than my Toro so I thought it might not be powerful. I was wrong!! It is very powerful (not like gas or commercial ones). For bowing my deck, yard, concrete, garage, driveway.......very fast. I have seen reviews talking about how the power cord is not included - I have never found a power cord included in any electrical appliance. I have also read about how the plug comes off of the socket on the blower. I did experience that. But not a big deal...I simply hold onto some excess cord close the where it plugs in.All in all, I love it.

This is a powerful electric blower - just what I needed after the ethanol gas dry rotted my gas powered blower

Do you have leaves you want to blow? Grass clippings to remove from your riding mower? Dust on your shoes? This will do the job well. Especially good at blowing grass clumps across the yard. Very Satisfied.
