This material is silky, NOT STREATCHY AT ALL! The clasps to close it up are heavy duty, like military grade.For reference I am 5'6 230lbs. I bought XXL with extender on. I wear a size 16 with a short torso. To get on I laid down and slowly closed clasps from the bottom up. Once on I stood in the mirror closing in the 3 upper & lower clasps to conform to my need. See in pic. I wear a XL faja snug and needed more snugnes. Post op 6 months PSTT & am working hard to get my desired results. I believe through the night I'll be able to get it tighter. I don't care if it slides, its comfy.

Very good quality. The waist trainer is a little stretchy to sit well on any curves of yours. It comes with about a 3 inch wide extension strap that’ll latch onto the hooks- if you need to go a little bigger. I’m a size small. My bra size is 32C. US Size 2. I’m 5’4” 110 LBS and I got a size XS. I should have ordered a size S because mine was a little too small for me. Didn’t run into any problems- the extension strap was a life saver :P. I recommend getting this product if you’re looking for something nicely priced and durable. :)

I was hesitant about the different opinions regarding sizing. I ordered the black one, and decided to order my regular size which is Large. I would say this item is true to size. It is easy to wear, it cinches the waistline while remaining comfortable and easy to tolerate. I recommend this waist trainer.

I was disgusted with the extra extender having skin flakes on the fabric, thankfully I didn't need to use it. I washed the waist trainer before use. 1st day I was able to fit it on the 1st row, I wore it around the house for couple hours to help stretch out the waist trainer. Next day I wore it on the 3rd row. I was already feeling a bit itchy both times after wearing it on my waist. I washed it again, since I didn't want any of my body sweat or body oil on it. 3rd time I really felt itchy and broke out into a nasty rush that stings & itches for a day in a half. I haven't put it on since the rash worsened. I only wore this for less than 2 wks total to get these issues. Probably less than 2 wks. But I never had this problem with past waist trainers I have worn. This one messed me up bad but bright side it helped my stomach, especially after having a bilateral masectomy almost a year ago. But the fabric really just messed up my skin. I need to go find the waist trainer I bought before since that one didn't make me get a rash at all!! This one definitely helped me with my posture, I could sit and do regular activities, even hooking it to the last row on the waist trainer. It was still flexible for my body, regardless of it being on the last row of hooks. I was still able to eat, do other activities without issues. The only issue I have is it made a horrible rash on my skin....

Love this!Bought it 8 weeks after my c section when my belly band started getting too loose, and I love that it has an extra attachment with 4 extra spots on it! I ordered a size bigger than I usually am since it can get smaller.

The fit is stiff and good. I just have an issue with my ribs moving due to the straps. Quality of material is good and easy to clean.
