Today is 14 October 2024 & I have been taking these capsules as instructed since September 2023. I have more energy than before & have lost a stone & a half without trying. In fact I now eat more than I used to do but my metabolic rate has increased. I also enjoy a nightcap most evenings.At first I saw nothing happening for around 6 weeks apart from feeling I had more energy. I buy them on SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE now every month for £6.29.I bought them for a friend who wanted to shed a few stone but she didn't exercise patience & keep up with the routine so was disheartened at the slowness!They are highly recommended by me but to the seller, please do not increase the price as many do when I write one of my good reviews! 😉👍

I purchased these tablets took fpr 8 weeks and can categorically say they do not work to make you lose weight or a food supplement are anything else. They do have a high caffeine and I had disturbed sleep. Not effective at all don't waste your money. If something's too good to be true then it probably is.

These worked very well as they kept me going even without a meal, however the moment I stopped taking them I became very fatigued and without any energy or desire to do things.

Been using for 3 weeks now half an hour before i know i will be actively walking or exercising and im very chuffed with the boosted weightloss, i liked the xls fat burners but they are so expensive so im really glad i tried these ones! Along with a good diet, 10,000 steps a day, they do work. Have given 4 stars because they do make you go to the toilet lol
