Usually the most important question for me is weather it smells good or not, but in this case the question is "how many drops does it take to be able to smell the fragrance?"I've got this unit that takes a few drops, maybe 5-6 will do fine. With Hawaii Pharm brand fragrance, I have put about 3 times that, say around 16 drops on it. Not even a minute later you can't smell any fragrance - at all, none! I'm pretty sure the only reason I smelled it was, I had the bottle open, lid off.

Antidote for caffeine
The media could not be loaded. Nutmeg and Cardamon together are the antidote for caffeine according to ayurveda literature. Nutmeg is a sedative. Most authors do not recommend taking essential oils internally however I take them diluted with water to prevent stomach irritation. Artificial extract should never be taken internally as they are toxic.

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. Total waste of money.Not a happy customer☹️
