I really like the item
I buy this item for my student at school since I am the schoolnurse, the HMV that the mom get for her daughter is cheap, whenever she laughs or cries, the thing come apart. This item does come apart in the classroom.

Easy to use and every effective
Best HME I've tried and with the retainers on the end of the filter, a sneeze or cough doesn't blow out the filter.

Good for a short period.
We ordered these HME’s because we ran out of our monthly supplies. These HME’s were very light weight and didn’t had good absorption. Quite costly for this quality.
