Let's face it, few people can be bothered to make custard these days, even though it's not that hard. In recipes that call for it ready made packs are suggested. This is a nice little book with quantities designed to fit in the smaller ice cream makers that most of us have.

Smaller than i thought .

Bought this book for my Granddaughter…she said it was great so I ordered one for me plus my daughter..three in all.Simple recipes and quite delicious! I’ve a Lakeland Digital Ice cream maker.Would recommend!
