Well roll me over and turn me into a noodles armpit. These things really work just tough to get it out the capsule. Emptied some of my ugly sisters ones and filled them with spit and boogers and she didn’t notice. Fantastic product

5 Days in and what a difference. The first dose seemed to had given me a little nice high. Not felt this high again but has generally improved my mood, focus, metabolism and has given me enough pain relief with a nagging issue I have had with my foot that was crippling enough to make me worry that I couldn’t do my daily hikes. It has also lowered my glucose levels quite noticeably. I am definitely sold on Chaga to the extent that I now intend to forage my own.

Switched to the capsules from the powder as it was unavailable, disappointed that the capsules contain Silicon dioxide. I empty into my morning coffee and now have a gritty deposit in the bottom of the mug
