Really made a uncomfortable pair of boots wearable again

These are really good. Easy to fit and great at supporting any foot issues you’re struggling with.

I was recommended these by a physiotherapist as insoles with medial arch support to try and correct my posture when I'm standing and walking, however, I can't really see any arch support on them. Having said that, it does feel like my feet are more supported, and I also use them in my skates when I am ice-skating and I feel more balanced, so maybe the arch support is very subtle! Other than that, they are soft and comfortable and fit all my shoes well.

Easy to cut to size and make a huge difference to painful feet. Definitely recommend!

Good for casual users but not ideal for high-impact activities like badminton or basketball.

Amazing quality and it is excellent for our feet! It fits all shoes and sizes.

It was really difficult choosing in-soles because most of these have really mixed reviews.Pros: easy to trim, seems soft enough, seems decently good quality. it did help my feet (a pair of shoes used to hurt my arches and heels but after using these in soles i would walk without hurting)Not sure about durability as i've only been using them for two weeks but they seem fine for now.As some of the other comments pointed out, these in-soles don't have the best grip and may roll up. However i'm using them for my trainers and so far haven't had an issue with the in-soles rolling.
