Make sure you get them in thw right place the first time because if you don't it takes the paint off the wall with it. Otherwise they are easy to put up

Never on plaster walls!
Bought these as temporary curtain rod holders. The walls are plaster, painted satin finish. I prepped the wall with rubbing alcohol before applying. Of the 4 sets I used, the holder fell off on one side of each window. The reason I say don’t use on plaster walls is that when trying to remove the remaining holders the adhesive didn’t release and tore up the plaster. Easy to use but a nightmare to remove.

Not worth the hype
These are cheap for a reason. I used these in my dining room to hang basic curtains and while it held for a week or so the first windy day they came down, bracket and all. Product seems sturdy but honestly the old fashioned way of putting up curtains will probably be better if you want them to actually stay up.
