My girls are larger than average (D, DD) and I'm on my feet teaching 4th graders all day so I need more than a regular bra. The most important feature is that it does not cut into my shoulders on the top. I've had many bras that were supposed to be sport bras (including name brands) and they ripped the tops of my shoulders so bad that I could not wait to get them off when I got home. This lasts for those long 10-12 hour days with no pain. This is a perfect mid-support bra that is more than a regular bra but less than the hardcore sports bra. I wouldn't run in it because I like to be held in place when I run, but it's great for low impact sports. And it doesn't cost nearly what the name brands (that sit in my drawer) do. IT'S COMFORTABLE!

I was skeptical to buy this as there are no adjustment bands on this bra but omg this bra fits amazing and does its job during intense workouts! Love the fact that the pads are sewn in, biggest pet peeve is when they fall out in the wash, not an issue with this bra. I fell in love and bought 3 more! Lol you won’t be disappointed. Amazon suggested a size medium and that worked perfect for me. 5’5” 160lb.

This sports bra is comfortable and supportive. The material is really soft and I like the molded cups. Easy to get on and off. The reason for only 4 stars is that there is a significant seam that cuts right across the cups, making the bra not smooth. It’s good for covering the nips but I’d prefer the bra to be smooth

This bra is my new favorite. I have it on two colors and the price is so good I’m planning to order more. I am a 34 DD and bra holds the girls in place during my workouts and is very comfortable. I LOVE that does not have those silly removable pads, but sewn in ones.

Being 61, its hard to find a bra that supports without hooks. Most sports bras are not built to support, or hold their shape. This bra has it all. Comfort, support, built in pads, and no hooks. Very happy with my purchase.

There are multiple styles here and I purchased several of them to compare. I ended up returning 3 of the 4 styles. In all cases, I went with the Amazon size recommendation rather than the size chart. I am an athletic 34c/36b. Amazon recommended a medium and I purchased that in styles D, E, Y, and Z. The Running Girl size chart would have me buy larges which would be way too big. The D and E have the built in bra cups. These two styles offered better support but I felt the molded cups looked weird, giving me big circular breasts that were unnatural (maybe some people like that?). The Y style simply did not offer a lot of support and was a little big. The Z style which I kept had moderate support annd fit the best of all the styles. I removed the cups on that one, as they are the ones that get folded up in the wash. The Z has a random bit of mesh around the back opening that is not obvious in the picture and is a little strange and unnecessary but wasn’t odd enough to make me return the bra. Truly I am between sizes with this brand. I have another “medium” support bra from them in a small that gives great support but also a little back fat on the edges by my shoulder blades. I also wear a small in their yoga tops.

Love this sports bra. I accidentally bought a large instead of medium and happy I did. The large fits well. It’s kinda hard getting on if your skin is damp, but that is to be expected.

Love this sports bra! I’m fairly plus size starting a wellness journey with lots of yoga. This is the only sports bra I have found I can wear all day without it digging into my traps and causing shoulder pain. Great bra if you have tight traps/ shoulder pain issues!
