We live out in the country and let our dogs roam, so this shock collar has been a game changer! It’s perfect for getting them to come back home when we need them.We really only use the beep and vibration settings, and that’s been more than enough to get their attention. Have absolutely loved patpet’s products! I have multiple dogs and have previously bought training collars from them and now with another doggy addition I wouldn’t go with anyone else. Customer service is too notch! If any problems they are quick to reply and quick to make a resolution for you and they will send replacements very quickly. Could not recommend more! Products are very affective and very easy to use. Range is perfect for my property and the adjustable shock levels are great! Not super heavy so my dogs wear is easily and comfortably. Charges very quickly and the charge lasts us quite a while!

I love this for my dog. He's a medium sized male cocker spaniel and it works WONDERS I call it his good boy necklace. This company is great. I did end up needing a replacement within the 1 year warranty window and they handled it the best way and sent me a new one. Highly recommend.

I really like how small the receiver boxes are on the collars. However, the battery didn’t last a long as previous Patpet collars I have purchased. Easy to use, love the fact that I can get a two collar option as I have two mini dachshunds. Rex (black) is about 13 lbs and Fergie (red) is about 14 lbs.

Yes buy it,This has been a wonderful tool in using for my long hair kitty, it came it short and long prongs and the longer ones worked great and did not make my fur baby uncomfortable wearing it when it’s needed but the tone option for sound as a pre warning and the level 7 vibration has helped taught my chatting Kathy fixed male that we do not run round all day yelling at everyone who’s into food (cats well fed and spoiled) but it’s taught him that just over talking to what was 20 mins to a hour long of non stop talking as if his life wasn’t great, I mean it was so awful y’all two of my ex boyfriends threaten to leave us if we didn’t work on it and they weren’t wrong it had become a issue.Anyways yes buy it, it is well worth the money, it’s safe and really harmless in the right hands.

Currently giving this product a 3 star until I receive my replacement and also to see how long this replacement will last.I bought this product almost a month ago and it was working as intended. Until one day the product broke in a spot where it could not be fixed (Photos for proof). I have since reached out and requested a replacement and it is on its way. I would hope this product will last past more than a month but we will see. If this replacement breaks this time, I will be requesting a full refund and moving on with a different product/company. As well as updating this review with probably more on the negative side.Edit on 6/28/25The replacement I received only lasted a month and it broke in the same spot. And unfortunately I cannot get a refund this time around. Although the device was ok, the entirety of it was a disappointment. Please redesign the collar part so this doesn’t continue being an issue.

We use the collar all the time! Battery lasts for a really long time. We had an issue with the collar at one point, let the company know and they immediately helped out. Great customer service.

I needed a small receiver for a puppy. I just wanted the tone and vibration. Have not used the shock at all but this is small enough for a 10 pound pup to easily wear. All the other ones I have are 2 or 3 times bigger. The tone and vibration works perfectly
