Consistently Excellent: The Elegoo PLA+ Black 2x 1kg Pack is a True Workhorse
I have always been impressed with the quality and value offered by Elegoo's products, and I'm happy to report that their 2kg multipack of black PLA+ filament is no different. This is a fantastic, reliable filament that has quickly become my go-to for a huge range of projects. From the moment you open the box, the quality is apparent. The pack contains two individually vacuum-sealed 1kg spools, and each one is immaculately wound. This attention to detail is crucial as it prevents tangles and ensures smooth, hassle-free printing from the start of the spool to the very end.In terms of print performance, this PLA+ is flawless. It required minimal tuning to get dialled in, and the results speak for themselves. The extrusion is incredibly consistent, leading to clean prints with excellent layer adhesion and minimal stringing. The filament produces a deep, satin-black finish that looks professional and clean every time. As a PLA+ material, the prints also have a noticeable improvement in toughness over standard PLA, making them more durable. The 2x 1kg multipack is a fantastic value proposition. It offers a great price-per-kilogram and the convenience of always having a fresh, sealed spool ready to load up as soon as the other runs out. It's perfect for stocking up on a reliable, everyday filament.Overall, if you are looking for a dependable, high-quality black filament that you can rely on for print after print, I can't recommend the Elegoo PLA+ 2x 1kg pack enough. It lives up to the high standards I've come to expect from Elegoo, and I am, once again, a very happy customer.

Unbeaten filament for the price.
Impressive filament for the price.I'm fairly new to 3d printing, but i'm impressed with this. Out of the 20 or so print's i've done with this filament, I haven't had a single issue with tangling, clogging or filament getting stuck in the tubes. The print's have come out with great quality so far and i'm impressed at how strong the filament is.The only complaint i've got is the size of the hole in the spool, it makes initially made it hard to use with my printer, but after printing an adaptor, the spool fits perfectly.

First class filament
Great price for 1kg and it prints so well on my Bambu Lab A1. I had read about cardboard dust in use so I printed off a pair of rims in PLA. I have had no issues in use (no stringing or adhesion issues) and will use again and again...

A good filament at a good price compared to what you normally pay for this kind of filament.
The first print I tried failed as there was moisture in the filament straight from the bag, hence why I dropped a star.I ran it through the drier for 6 hours and it printed well.I struggled to get the finish to show on the photographs, but overall, I really like it.A good filament at a good price compared to what you normally pay for this kind of filament.

Good prices and good filament.
I pretty much now exclusively print with Elegoo. No issues with quality I have used about 10kg so far!Perfect prints and great colours. All but one spool wound perfectly.I have never had any damaged spools.I use these in my Bambu lab printer using generic pls profile but normally just use the bambu pla profile as I forget to change it, never an issue.I suspect Elegoo's own printers may produce better prints with their brand of filaments?

Be careful when you read my review (downgraded to a one star)
I'm about two months in to a 3D printing journey, with a Bambu Lab A1 with the AMS lite. It's been printing 'something' pretty much every day (and night) during those two months. I think I now have around 15 different spools of PLA, PLA+ and PETG in various colours. So far, the whole experience has been generally trouble free. The main issue I have had is when I receive reports that the reel on the AMS is stuck. As in the filament is not feeding. I've had that twice overall and both times have been with Elegoo's filament. The report I had about 15 minutes ago was solved by unspooling the stuck filament from the reel a bit to free up the spooling issue. It is not well spooled and the reels get stuck as the filament that is currently spooling is actually stuck underneath itself due to poor spooling when it was put on the reel.Hopefully this is just bad luck but I would go far as to say that, if you experience the same sticking issues then you are not alone. If it's just me then happy days...UPDATE. Without any prompting, the manufacture contacted me and gave me a full refund. I didn't ask for this but as the situation got worse, I had sort of decided to give up on this particular reel so it is actually well appreciated. I'm sure this is just a one off reel and I haven't lost any confidence in the actual manufacturer at this point. I'll try another reel from them and will report back here IF there are any issues.UPDATE 2. It turns out that the above offer of a full refund turned in to an opportunity for a customer service person to try and 'fix' the issue I have. They asked me to print out a reel cover and sent me a .PNG picture that I worryingly downloaded. It showed a completely different AMS. One where the reel actually sits on some runners unlike the Bambu Lab AMS lite that I am using, suggesting that they think that the reel is getting stuck as it tries to turn and NOT that the reel gets stuck as the PLA is randomly spooled on to their reel causing snagging of the actual PLA itself. I was also asked to take a picture of the issue so they 'can better understand' and provide a solution. Their customer services is obviously a standard (these days) English as a second language person as not only do they appear to struggle to understand anything, they use words like 'pls' instead of please. More akin to a 14 year old typing on Instagram. Downgraded to a 1 star as this whole thing is just a total waste of my time.UPDATE 3. (last update)They refunded me and I bought another brand. I suspect this one a rare case but I chose a different manufacturer as I don't like getting pushed in to those sorts of customer service experiences. Good printing quality, when it spooled which became a rarity sadly
