These skates worked great are much less expensive than the alternatives
I am very pleased with the final outcome after using these skates. I had some of the same issues as other reviewers in that the ball bearings fell out. Fortunately for me they were in the box and i was able to put them back in. I actually had one packaged up with the return sticker on it when I decided to see if I could repair it. $0.10 worth of thread locker would have solved this issueIn operation these things are great. They held up to about 6,000 pounds and performed flawlessly.

The Ball Bearings come loose and fall out
Great ideal but bar bearing come loose then its not as stable or agile to use. You have to tighten the screw to prevent the bearings from falling out. I you tighten to much then you loose the ability to pivot.

Works but steel turntable is slippery
This isn't a professional rigger's skate. But I can't build a better one for $49.The turntable is steel and for machinery moving that makes it tend to slip out from underneath the machine. I use a rubber pad between the skate and machine or stick a 40 grit 6" PSA sanding disc to the turntable.

I have mainly used these under semi trailer running gear to roll out the old and roll the new under the trailer. We also used them to roll flooring sheets into a spreader trailer. Like any roller I have seen, make sure the surface they are going over is clean.

Junk - Bad Bearings
I should have read all the reviews before buying my set.Put 2 to use and after about 2 feet of travel - had ball bearings spilling out.Perhaps that's why so many are being sold as used - cheap but unacceptable quality.I would not buy these again - total waste of money

swivel doesn't swivel well
Does what it says it'll do.The swivel didn't really work under a good load. I had 3 of these set to move a 12k VMC and it actually fell off of one of them while attempting to rotate the machine. I'll say go slow and pay attention. I had to jack up each spot and repoint the skates to redirect it.Moved surprisingly easily, but if dirt gets to collecting on it, you'll need to clean them to restore the easy moving capability. I was able to move the mill by myself shockingly easily.
