This bottle's been in my fridge since a few months. Didn't really try it out until recently.I started taking it a few days a week, 1st thing in the morning, before drinking some cocoa powder with coffee and milk.Oh my god, the mental clarity is ..AMAZING !!🫡. There is a sense of calm and focus for a couple hours.Since then I have done some reading on the effects of TUDCA. It seems to benefit the brain in a few ways which includes reducing inflammation and improving mitochondrial function.One caution which I read is that it should neither be mixed with alcohol , nor be taken after it.I will order my 2nd bottle soon.

I purchased Green Dorse TUDCA+N-ACETYL-L-CYSTEINE; In the First Photo, on the Top Broad Green Bar, there is no red colour dot; but in the second photo on the Top Broad Green Bar, there is a red dot.I also notice the broadness and length of the Capsule is slightly small and slightly change in the Capsule quality in the container on which there is red dot on the Top Broad Green Bar of the container.

I used to get TUDCA from US and Recently had also tried a few other indian brands for TUDCA. Pahli Baat toh if you are getting these TUDCA at a price of below 1000 rs or 1500 rs etc then that is your clear indication that they are not TUDCA at all and they will do nothing. If you have TUDCA in formulation then you really don't need Milk thistle. They add mislk thistle kyuki TUDCA toh add hi nahi Kiya so something will work na. This combo of TUDCA and NAC is best one should be using. No one mention TUDCA purity and providing 3rd party report for that. Forget indian, you won't find purity level mentioned even on US brands. This is the only brand who is so transparent and providing such a great quality TUDCA with purity above 98%. Now coming my case, I have used dia and acetaminophen and other stroidal compounds. And yes steriods kind of kill your system no matter what these other body-builders say. My liver enzymes had been elated upto somewhat 800 at one time, almost 15-20 times more than a normal person. I had used TUDCA previously but now I have finished 2 bottles of this and this is the best quality TUDCA you can get. If you have used too much supplements or steroids and your liver enzymes are elated to the stage of some liver disorder then just use 3-6 bottles of it varying from worse to worst, this will bring your enzymes back to normal.
