I had a crash just 2 weeks after installing it (don’t know if lucky or unlucky) and the camera recorded everything, locked the clip, and was extremely easy to access it and watch it even at nightI sent the video to the insurance and they already cleared the other person was at fault.. incredible good camera but had to return it due to have the car totaled and not having a car for x amount of time100% recommended

This dash cam saved my butt. I was involved in a terrible car accident that was not my fault, but the dash cam was the only proof I had. Fortunately, it showed exactly what happened. So glad I had this.

After watching a few youtube videos about dash cams, I bought wolfbox X5 as the qulity of the recording and this model can still stick to the windshield and keep recording in an accident.It is easy to install, and I did it in less than an hour as a first time. But you need to be careful about the direction of the rear camera, you may install it upside down. Though they already predicted it so they hava a built in function to adjust that. But I still want to change it back to the right direction. That was when I found their sticker is pretty solid, you can not redo it.It came with a cigarette lighter as the power connector to the car, but my car only USB-A in the front, fortunately I have one lighter at the back set. It was not that convenient. But a least it works. If you only have USB-A or USB-C in your car, you need to think it twice. By the way the cable is long enough to go all the way to the back set.The most frustrating part is that the dash cam froze a few minutes after I fully installed it. I tested all it's function before installation. It worked well at that stage. It came in pretty good shape, so I assume it was not the shippment. So I contact their customer service with their phone number in the box. Their customer service is good, but they need me to make a video to show them how the dash cam froze. Hoping they could fix it, as I am pretty sure it was not the temperature. As I tried a few times from 40°F to 70°F, it froze anyway.I got a replayment from them. After the replayment has settled in my car for almost a month. I am pretty satisfaced this one as the quality of the video is good, function well and easy to download the videos. Also you could turn off the in car camera if you do not need it easily.

This is a very well made camera with all the features I was looking for, I like the style and its functionality. But I’m giving it 3 stars because the screensaver is too bright when driving at night, no matter where on the windshield I mount it, it’s too much bright light right on my face and it’s distracting and annoying. I wish they had made it so that the brightest could be adjusted or have the option to just have a blank screen.Update:I changed my review from 3 stars to 5 because immediately after I shared my experience, I received a message from the manufacturer apologizing for the issue I was having. This tells me they take customer’s feedback seriously and want to improve on their product. After I replied to them, they sent me another message, assuring me that they will take care of the issue in future models. For this reason alone, they deserve 5 stars.

Worked really well for the first two months, but now the rear camera has stopped and I can't get it to work again. What's the use of dash cam if it can't record the cars around you.

The media could not be loaded. Working well for a month, now getting this error "Power Interface Error" sometime after power on!Update after contacting the Seller:It turns out the error message comes when you accidentally connect the 9V power cable to the "rear camera" input as both are of C type. Resetting or waiting for a time out period of 5 mins, and reconnecting will resolve the issue.Chaning the rating to 5 star after this update from the seller who very promptly worked with me and even gave a replacement to re-try the setup.

Great picture, easy install, easy to use. Came with a pre-formatted 128gb sd card. The interior camera works great in pitch blackness thanks to the IR emitters. If I have any concern at all, it is with the mounting method and how it will endure the hot Georgia sun. Pictures show the size relative to the rear view, and one of the modes which is time/date. The screen is rather small, but the app that you use with the camera connected to it through wi-fi allows a larger screen to view, manage, download files etc. Only downside is - wireless CarPlay has to be off while connected to the camera in that method. Voice controls work well, and you can easily swipe between cameras to focus on all, one or none of the cameras. None brings up a clock and date mode which I like.

I had high hopes for this dash camera, but was a little disappointed with the image quality. Sure you can record cars around you, but the 4K image in front, and 2.5K in the rear still aren’t able to get a clear license plate number when moving. Only when stopped and the other car is directly in front or to the rear. I guess if your intent is to record an accident then they’d be that close so take that into consideration. The voice control feature is a nice feature that many competitive dash cameras don’t have. I also noticed it picks up dashboard reflections. If they sold a polarized lens cover I’d buy it for this. I’m not a software engineer so I don’t know if an update could improve the image or not.
