I wanted a bio available form of glutathione and this liposomal is reported to be the best. Just mix an envelope in water (or juice) and drink in a days supply. I take one every other day and it works well. The taste is good.

I used this after multiple days of less sleep. After 3 weeks (I used 3 boxes) my skin and face looked a bit alive and not tired. My skin looks brighter and firmer. It looks like I have been drinking a lot of water even though I am not. It is quite expensive fir me that is why I stopped using it. Had I coulntinued to use ut I should have looked younger. It is worth the try if you have budget

Liposomal supplements have become a big thing these days. These are Aurora Nutriscience's liposomal Glutathione drink mix packets. These packets come packaged in a nicely printed retail box which keep all of the packets contained together. This box contains 10 packets. Liposomal powdered drink mixes have a slightly cloudy and milky appearance once mixed. The Liposomal ingredient adds a separate slightly unique flavor once mixed. These drink mix packets are also grape flavored.The grape flavoring in these packets is not overly strong. It's also a decent grape flavor that's not overly artificial either. The powder in these packets mixes easy and fast in room temperature water. However, the powder mixes much more slowly when added to cold water. It is recommended to mix these in room temp water, then add ice once mixed. If adding to an already chilled bottle of water, you'll want to shake for a while until thoroughly mixed. To get the best flavored mix, I'd recommend using around 20 ounces of water. However, you can use less water if you prefer a stronger flavored drink.These drink mixes already contain sweeteners including Mannitol and Stevia. Though, you can add more sweetener if you intend to dilute it down. Each packet delivers 750mg of Glutathione, 125mg of Sodium and 0.5 g of fat. Other ingredients include Mannitol, Citric Acid, Non-GMO Soy Lecithin, Sodium Bicarbonate, Organic Natural Flavor, Stevia Leaf Extract and Grape Skin Extract (color).Overall, I really like the grape flavor in these packets. The liposomal quality adds a slightly different flavor profile to the grape, so you'll want to be aware. All liposomal drink mixes that I've tried add this same flavor quality in addition to the included flavor. These packets are of high quality, taste great and mix easily into room temperature water. I'm giving these 5 stars.

Glutathione is so good for you, so I wanted to start taking it. Love that this one is nano-liposomal in a drink mix format. I tried the straight liposomal supplement from this company, but I wasn't a fan of the flavor. This one is so much better! It has a pleasant grape flavor. It mixes relatively well in warm water, and then I add ice to chill it (tastes better chilled, IMO). I add mine to 24 oz of water, mostly because I was nervous about flavor. Using less would enhance the grape flavor!

Didn’t know is powder instead of liquid formula.

These are easy to take and leave no bad after taste. I like that they are made in the US and have no bad fillers. Too early to tell if these offer significant improvements in my health, but I will continue to take them for the benefits they claim.

I decided to try this in a water bottle that is 16 ounces. It has a cheap grape light flavor to it. I have histamine intolerance and find the antioxidant rich foods really help with the inflammation. I have read that Glutathione is a great antioxidant and helps cleanse the liver. I’ve only taken it a couple of times and don’t feel the greatest, but maybe that is because I had to drink extra water. It will probably take a while for me to consume to see if there is any difference in how I feel. My symptoms are usually being bloated and brain foggy from histamine. I have not felt too much of that lately, but cannot say it is mainly because of this product.
