The gummies also have a good texture and don’t seem to have any negative side affects. The package can be a little difficult to open without scissors, but the package is a good value for the price since it will last a month.

This bag comes out to around 2 bucks a dose with 20 doses in the bag if you are taking 5 grams of creatine which most people do. That makes these very expensive. They do taste good so I can't knock that. If you got the extra coin these are fine. If you are on a budget then I would probably stay away.

These are absolutely delicious! Mind you, I am not a weight lifter or an extreme athlete, but these definitely felt like they increased my energy and for some reason I felt like I had more mental clarity when taking these. Did I mention that they are delicious!?! Best part of my morning!

For your daily 5000mg of Creatine you need to take 3 of these gummies. I like the flavor and the texture. That said, they are definitely on the more expensive side. I like to take creatine right after a workout but these gummies also contain magnesium which I prefer to take closer to bed as it aids with sleep. That said, it is a necessary electrolyte for muscles and could be good for post workout with relaxing muscles and what not.These gummies also contain vitamin D which seems like an odd choice. Most people don't get enough of this, especially in the winter months. But if taking multiple supplements, make sure to watch your consumption amount. Taking more than 100% DV is often recommended by some doctors pending your blood tests, but again, talk to your doctor.Overall, I'm happy with these, but $40 for a 20 days supply is very pricey for creatine gummies.

In my personal opinion, you can get so much better & for less. They taste OK- not good, not bad. Not the best ingredients for the price. You can do better
