This flosser is a game changer for me, I have dental work that makes it hard to get regular floss in between some teeth so this is a life saver, it is compact and gentle on my gums the ones I had prior caused some discomfort I love the rubber piece on the precision head. So imagine my suprise when I couldnt find the charging cord, I ordered what I thought would be replacement cords but had to keep returning them as none were the correct size,thinking my only solution would be to buy a whole new flosser I finally tried the customer service and they were more than helpful and when all else failed the sent me a new cord within 5 days I was back in action and the charging cord is in a safe place. The customer service was definitely above and beyond. I cant thank them enough for their help.

I have been flossing for a week now and it really left a deep impression on me! The water pressure is strong, but gentle enough for my gums, and I can feel the real difference in teeth cleaning after each use. It has multiple modes, including pulse function, which is very suitable for more targeted cleaning.

I ordered it for my long weekend vacation. It arrived earlier than expected, that is great. I’m impressed by their package and looks like a Apple stylish product. The size is super convenient and lightweight — doesn’t take up much space and easy to pack for travel. The water pressure is strong enough to clean between my teeth, but it’s not painful or too intense. The battery lasts a while too — haven’t had to charge it yet. I am delightful of my purchase so far.

This portable water pick works great and is so convenient when traveling. In my opinion, it’s better to use a water pick when you have veneers. Regular floss pulls at the veneers constantly and creates a risk for damage.

I have ordered other water flossers before and this is the best I have ever used! I wanted more pressure and i got it. I wanted an easier button push and I got it. I wanted more water and this one definitely last longer than others. So far battery is good too. The heads that facilitate the spray are amazing! I really love this product!

After the initial use it got the trapped food and cleared up the bad smell. I highly recommend this product.

The design of this thing frustrated me. Instead of putting the opening to the add water at the top, so that the water would easily pour straight down into the reservoir, they put it on the side of the unit, where you have to hold the unit towards its side, as the water angles around and then down. The opening is rather small, and things are awkward, and the outside of the unit will easily get wet.The cover of this opening to add the water is held onto the unit by a very narrow, flimsy piece of plastic, and you can see from the photo that mine shows it detached.The instruction manual is unimpressive, in my opinion, because it doesn't include some things I think should be explained.I do not recommend this water flosser at all.
