Well, we got a new puppy! Yeah!! Then night rolled around and we put the puppy in his kennel and he cried all night long. No one slept a wink those first few nights. I know some people say to get an old style clock and the ticking sound will comfort the puppy. I never really liked that idea because I was worried that the puppy would break the clock and accidentally swallow a piece of it. I happened upon this Snuggle Puppy and thought it was worth a try and seemed less risky than a clock. Well, let me tell you... he loves his puppy! I guess it didn't help that he was from a littler of 13 but having a "puppy" with a heartbeat that he could rest his head on actually made him feel better.I'm very happy I decided to give this little guy a try.If you found this review helpful please click "yes" below so I know I'm not wasting my time writing these reviews.

This thing works miracles! I’m SHOCKED!My 15 year old dachshund is starting to show signs of doggie dementia and a big part of that is anxiety, especially at night (sun downing). He was crying for an hour+ almost every evening. It’s been destroying me to see how stressed and uncomfortable he’s been. We tried everything to put him at ease but nothing was working.Then I stumbled upon this toy and thought it had to be too good to be true. I’m thrilled to say we’re on night three and I can’t believe the incredible difference it’s made. He loves snuggling with it (I’ve never seen him do this with a toy) and hasn’t cried at all since we gave it to him.I’m so happy I finally found something that makes him comfortable and helps with his anxiety/dementia.

My 5 year old Chinese Crested gets highly anxious with thunder, fireworks etc.. I put him in his kennel with this snuggle buddy yesterday afternoon when a strong thunderstorm came in. When I checked on him later, he was sound asleep with his head on top of the snuggle buddy. It was still crashing outside and he was asleep. I give him calming treats also. So glad I spent the money on this. I ordered it the night before and it was delivered the next day, right in time. I haven’t used the heat pad that comes with it, but I’m sure it would be an added bonus.

This is a great idea. My little pup wasn't sure how he felt about it at first but I turn it on in his crate with him every night. He sleeps through the night without issue. However the only con is that it is a very loud strong heartbeat. Thats good but its almost a bit too strong. It will sit in his crate and i can feel the heartbeat even touching the wire. I think last night it was too much for him. He also won't lay on it or beside it again because i think its just a bit too strong. I tried to hide the heart inside it more to disperse the beat a bit but it doesn't help. I can also hear the beat from my bed at night (thought I am sensitive to sounds).

Our slightly neurotic dog is so attached to his puppy. He had one since he came home with us and we have bought 4 replacements over six years. He naps with it in his mouth. Our other dog frequently delivers it to him from another floor in the house. We don’t use the warmer or heart beat (haven’t since he was little). I just received a new one and when he saw what I was opening, he went crazy and grabbed it when I offered it to him. So funny!

We have had our puppy for 2 days now. I am surprised at how well this works. My pup wouldn’t stop crying on day one unless being held, we turned this on and set him in the kennel with it and he snuggled right up to it and slept. He slept throughout most of the night too, only waking once. And has been going in the kennel with minimal fuss today. I know it’s still early but so far I am blown away by this.

I give this product an 3/5 stars this is my most UPDATED 2024 VERSION I got my new puppy June 14th she’s a maltipoo and I ordered this 2 days before she arrived but it came overnight so I would say I got this June 13th is when it arrived and I bought this because my mom was telling me how puppies will cry and cry through the night so I went on Amazon searching for something and I found this read all the reviews everybody loved this so I said why not buy this and see what the hype is so her first night home was HECTIC this is a REAL RAW REVIEW !! I put the heating pad and the little heartbeat inside of this stuffed animal and it didn’t help her at all she whined and cried through the night keeping me up FOR HOURS keep in mind this is the very first night home I even tried to switch the heartbeat around in the stuffed animal and eventually I ended up having to take the heartbeat out and place it on the cage it worked for a short period of time until she started crying and crying again I don’t know if this was because I waited to turn it on until nighttime I don’t know what it was but the first night was horrible and this thing didn’t do in hopes what I thought it would do so today is now June 17th the day I’m writing this review and puppy mamas it will mark 3 days of her being with me Saturday and Sunday she slept through the night no noise i did have the heartbeat on but I leave it on the outside and not inside I leave it on top of the stuffie and I’ve noticed her starting to cuddle up with the stuffie I just feel like I shouldn’t have to leave the heartbeat on the outside of the stuffie and I’m also crate training her in the process so she’s learning when she cries I won’t be taking her out until I wake up but so far so good only issue is me not being able to keep the heart inside the stuffie it’s very annoying and because she’s so teenie tiny she barely has teeth and is teething and it gets on the side where she is potty training but I give it 3 stars because I’ve seen her cuddle up with it like I said I don’t know if this is due to her actually liking the stuffie or her realizing she won’t get out the crate until morning time so she sleeps next to it for comfort but I am grateful that we have been able to sleep through the night peacefully on her second and third night with us that’s what I’m most grateful for because she’s her coat color is white and the stuffie is white they do blend in together 😂which is hard to tell if she’s in the cage when I wake up even though I know she is I would’ve gotten closer but I didn’t want to wake her my puppy was 7 weeks when I picked her up she just turned 8 weeks yesterday. Again puppy mommies I’m not sure if this is something you introduce to them when they first get home and not waiting until nighttime but I’ve started turning the heartbeat on 2 hours before her bedtime or 1 hour and a half and I’ve noticed changes helping to stay quiet through the night and again as I’ve said I wake up and she’s sleep next to it in the cage . This also NEVER came with an QR CODE to “get a free toy” like the other reviews were saying .. mine never came with one so that’s a lie .
