Works very well. My iron levels have increased & I’m no longer considered anemic.

My daughter started using this when she was pregnant and feeling run down. Her doctor texted and she needed iron. So using this, it really helped. She felt better and her fatigue was less. After the pregnancy she continued to use it. And anytime she feel low energy this was a go to product. No problem with constipation out weird taste. Really worth the money. These have helped bring my red blood cell count up during pregnancy! No side effects at all and I even double the dose. I have been able to recommend this to several friends who have had a hard time finding a decent iron supplement.

Just ended up with slight constipation but fiber will help other than that it’s a good product it also changes your pee color
